Read this carefully: “Malformed email” is a format check, not mailbox verification. “Possibly stale” only means the date in your CSV is older than 30 days. This tool does not look up a person’s current employer.

What the flags mean

Missing fields are unknown, not invalid. Duplicate flags identify records that may refer to the same contact. Old dates are based only on your supplied last-checked field.

What this audit cannot tell you

It cannot discover new contact details, confirm that an inbox exists, or determine whether someone changed jobs. No external data provider is connected.
